All prices shown on this site are current and include the full item price before taxes and any delivery fees. Single cookies are $3, a build-your-own dozen is $27, brownies are $5 each or 6 for $25, Italian ice is $5 per 9 oz serving, and a 50-piece mini cookie tray is $75. Items may sell out; if an ordered item is unavailable we contact you before fulfillment.

Local delivery is available through our third-party delivery partners. Nationwide shipping is a $10 flat fee regardless of order size. Free local pickup is available in Kenosha, WI 53140 at a scheduled time confirmed by phone or email. Perishable items are packed in sealed, tamper-evident containers with the order label attached.

Our desserts are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts (pecans, walnuts, coconut), and products containing these ingredients. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergen cross-contact. Customers with severe allergies should not consume our products.

All items are baked fresh to order. Cookies and brownies are shelf-stable for up to 5 days in a sealed container; Italian ice must be kept frozen. Full ingredient lists for any item are available on request by phone or email.

Chulo's Sweet Treats follows Wisconsin cottage food and local health department guidelines for the preparation, labeling, packaging, and handling of baked goods. Food handler certification and applicable licensing documentation are available to delivery platforms and customers upon request.

Because every order is made fresh, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, delivery, or event date. Event and catering deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at (262) 236-5571 or chulossweettreats@gmail.com within 24 hours with a photo, and we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Orders placed through a third-party delivery platform are refunded according to that platform's policy.

By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented. Checkout, payment processing, and order confirmation are handled by our secure e-commerce provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. All photos, recipes, branding, and content on this site are the property of Chulo's Sweet Treats.

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order: name, contact details, delivery address, and order contents. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by us. We do not sell or rent customer information.
